Paul started the Datara Group in 2009 in New Zealand. He is a tech entrepreneur starting several successfull IT service companies. He is the director for the global Datara Group, with extensive experience in the IT industry. Paul sets the technical direction of the products and services of the group – working with vendors and IT manufacturers to keep the Datara Group on the leading edge of future intelligence technologies and knowledge. Paul regularly gives presentations on trends in this sector, and C-level advice to companies on how they can realize the business value that future intelligence provides.

As an experienced senior technology manager and director, Darren has developed a comprehensive understanding of programme delivery with a specific expertise on programme governance and software quality assurance. Darren is a highly motivated and committed individual and an enthusiastic leader, with a passion for building successful teams with mutually beneficial relationships.
Darren is based in London since early 2018 to establish Datara Group UK.
Ken Lutz is a globally recognized expert in the field of sales performance. Ken brings more than 36 years of sales management and consulting experience to the table. During his career Ken has explored many opportunities, including positions as Director of Business Development for Onyx Software and Vice President of Sales for Data Base Software.
Ken is eminently comfortable working to assist sales executives in a wide range of diversified industries including: automotive, banking, biotechnology, financial services, government, hi-tech, industrial, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, telecommunications and utilities. His track record as a sales consultant and coach is remarkable, having trained and coached over one million participants worldwide. Ken has authored extensive curricula, which has been documented to improve individual and sales force performance. Ken has implemented his programs in premier sales and marketing organizations throughout the world, including many Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Ameritech, AT&T, Bank of America, Cisco Systems, Ericsson, Ernst & Young, Ford Motor Company, Intel, Network Appliance, Seagate Technologies, Sun Microsystems, and Qualcomm.

Roger is a seasoned executive having graduated from Otago University in 1980 with a BMinTech (Hons) degree focusing on technology in the minerals and mining industry. He began his career working for Dupont in New Zealand before transferring to Australia and working for Dupont in Australia in the mid 1980’s.
Roger worked in the financial markets working with various brokerage companies such as Ord Minnett Jardine Fleming during the 1990’s which time he obtained his post graduate diploma in Finance and Investment ASIA qualification plus competed a range of industry qualifications.
He set up the New Zealand office for an Australian futures broker and then was involved in an MBO, forming Edge Capital Markets Ltd which was bought by BBY Ltd in 2012.
Roger has been involved at early stage start up tech companies developing HFT technology and as such has taken on a directorship role with Datara Group (NZ) Ltd in 2017.
Apart from his degree and post graduate diploma in Finance and Investment he is involved in raising capital for the private tech sector as well as being a qualified AFA and an NZX adviser.
John has over 15 years experience as both a Director and a Senior Sales Representative. In this role he has built several sales organizations and sold software and professional services to senior executives at fortune 500 companies.
As Sales Director at Datara Group US, John’s responsibilities are to grow, and manage the sales organization for the US. He has a B.S. in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
John is based in Reno since 2018 to establish the Datara Group US.
